Treat yourself with “sound of the sea,” a mind boggling delicacy that includes a small iPod for diners to hear the sounds of crashing waves.  While mesmerized with what appears to be a tray of sea shells, conchs and sand, you soon discover it’s a selection of mouthwatering seafood with sauces and condiments that provide incredible sensations when tasting the food. 

Opt for the sampler menu ideal for experiencing smaller portions of favorites like quail jelly with moss from oak trees, egg and bacon ice cream and konbu with grilled foie gras among many.
